Confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build—with support, tools, and space to try. This group offers all of that. Together, we’ll explore how to stop overthinking, start backing yourself, and speak up from a place of clarity and groundedness.
Cancellation Policy
Fearless Path Coaching Booking Policy 1. Booking & Scheduling - All coaching sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online scheduling system. - Clients can choose between individual coaching packages, group coaching, workshops, retreats, and ELI - Assessments as available. - Group coaching registrations will schedule the client for all planned / scheduled sessions. - Sessions are conducted via Zoom or in-person (if applicable). 2. Payment & Fees - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. - We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other secure payment methods. - Coaching packages must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan has been arranged. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a 50% session fee charge. - No-shows or cancellations within less than 12 hours are non-refundable. - Rescheduling is allowed once per session at no charge if requested within the 24-hour window. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. - If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 5. Refund Policy - Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions. - Coaching packages are non-refundable, but sessions may be transferred to another date if needed. - If unforeseen circumstances prevent continued coaching, a credit or partial refund may be issued at Fearless Path’s discretion. 6. Client Responsibility - Clients are expected to be fully present and engaged in their coaching sessions. - Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice. Clients should seek professional support when necessary. 7. Confidentiality & Ethics - All sessions are confidential and follow ethical coaching practices. - Information shared during sessions is private and will never be disclosed without the client’s consent, except as required by law. By booking a session with Fearless Path, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
